Mary Corrado, Owner/Operator

I became a certified PSW in 2001. It was my love for helping people and my desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives that inspired me to choose this career path. I knew that PSWs occupy a truly special role in improving quality of life and supporting vulnerable individuals with a range of different needs, such as mental health issues, learning disabilities, medical conditions or physical disabilities; and I wanted to be a part of that.

In 2019, I opened up Heart @ Home ~ Home Support Services. I wanted to ensure that every single one of our clients receives top notch compassionate care, and that we hire nothing but compassionate, dedicated and trustworthy PSWs. In addition to running the company, I am fully hands on and participate with client care.

Heart @ Home has continued to grow and is now working on servicing most regions in Ontario.

Regal Mangete RPN

Regal Mangete is an RPN and Advocate whose passion has always been rooted in caregiving, community support, and mental health advocacy. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to ensuring that caregivers receive the recognition, resources, and support they so selflessly provide.

In January 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, she conceived the idea of D'Care Foundation to address the growing challenges faced by caregivers and healthcare workers. She saw firsthand the emotional, physical, and mental toll that caregiving takes, and she knew that something had to be done. D’Care Foundation officially began operations in 2021, and through mental health initiatives, personal development programs, and advocacy, it has gradually grown into a safe space for caregivers to receive the support they need.

Beyond her work as the founder of D'Care Foundation, Regal Mangete is committed to healthcare education, mentorship, and community-building. Her mission is to ensure that caregivers are not overlooked but instead celebrated, supported, and empowered to continue their vital work. She believes that caregiving is the backbone of healthcare, and by strengthening those who care for others, she helps build a healthier, more compassionate world.

Kaillie Harrison, Director of Operations

As a proud mother and the Director of Operations at Heart@Home PSW Services, I bring both personal compassion and professional commitment to the work we do every day. With a background in law and a deep appreciation for the value of care, I help lead a team that’s dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Heart@Home was founded on the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness—values that guide every decision we make. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Instead, we take the time to understand each client’s unique needs and tailor our services to support their well-being, independence, and quality of life.
